Superior Cleaners — Establishment and laundry at 900 Boston Post Road, West Haven, Connecticut.

I have been a pretty loyal customer (been coming here once a month for the past year) and over the past 3-4 months, I have been extremely dissatisfied. 4 months ago, I brought my dress clothes in to be dry cleaned, and when I picked them up - I found out they were not dry cleaned, but instead "new process new process" the woman kept telling me, and when I asked her what new process she meant, she said something about washing. I paid for dry cleaning, but I let it go because I needed the dress clothes and didn't have time to debate.

Over the past 3 months, every time I have gotten my clothes, they have been extremely wrinkled, especially on the arms and bottom half of the torso - I don't know if this is a deliberate thing (they know that suit jackets cover all but some of the top torso), but I am bringing my clothes there and paying 6.75 per shirt to have it fully dry cleaned without wrinkles.

Summary: Extremely dissatisfied with how Superior Cleaners has been treating my clothes over the past few months, and I am going to be switching because nothing is superior here anymore.
